Why do I have to request a service?

Amanda March & Co. utilizes a small team of professionals to carry out company business. As such, our time is limited. In order to provide clients with the best possible service, we limit the number of clients we serve on an ongoing basis.

Why do you have minimum requirements?

We require a commitment to a minimum number of hours in order to provide our assistants with steady income. We decided the best balance for assistants and clients alike was a minimum of ten hours per month. However, we don't regulate how you use your hours. Use them all up front or spread them out throughout the month...totally up to you!

Can I purchase more hours?

Absolutely! Depending on your needs and the company’s availability, you are always welcome to request more hours. 

Do hours rollover?

Unfortunately, no. In order to manage our assistants’ time, we need to ensure we have the bandwidth to offer all clients the highest level of support. It's a use-'em-or-lose-'em situation, but we will do our very best to use every second of your time to support you.
